Its the anniversary of Pearl Harbor, wow. Just something we should all remember. Anywho, I just finished working out and I'll now just get to the checking in part.

Calories burned= 116
Total calories burned= 616
That's it for me today, I need to go eat and get ready to pick up my oldest from school and then grab some firewood from the wood pile, we've been having freezing temps here in my part of Oregon. Its definitely December.
