Crazy, strong & loving it for Dec 5, 2011

Today was cardio and I told myself I would go easy due to my back and just getting back into cardio after a week off. Well, my body had different plans. I did very well with Cardio Coach #4 and even got my HR up to 166 bpm which is very high for me. But I felt great. Legs felt light and I did more than I wanted. Feel very energized right now.

I also did the ab work from MIS.

I can't seem to sleep at night waking up hot and I can't cool down. Tonite for me will be Imax 2 and then Basic Stretch #1.

Debbie-good job with the cardio sounds like you had and enjoyable workout and you worked your abs.
 
Hi Girls! :)

Today I did IMAX 2 and TBS #1. IM2 , always a fun sweaty workout! And the stretch felt so good too. Pretty wiped from the working/non-sleeping weekend still. So when I was stretched out "taking deep breaths" I was yawning! :eek:

Debbie: Awesome sounding cardio today! MIS abs! Thats a different routine. Tough i bet!
