Tonite for me is Total Body Tri Sets Upper Body and maybe some abs.

Today was cardio and I chose Press Play skipping the last challenge. 4 challenges are enough for me. I didn't even feel like doing one challenge when I started. But after my body warmed up I ended up having an excellent workout.

I finished today's workout about 12:30 pm west coast time, but didn't have time to check in until now.

Tonite I did LIS Total Body Tri Sets Upper Body and I feel good and worked out I was even able to do the ab work.

179 max hr
339 cals burned.

Chris-legs are doing fine they have hurt all week wouldn't know the difference.
