Today is suppose to be a rest day but its moving day and my oldest DD and her DH bailed on us so it is just DH and I and youngest DD.

Hi ladies. Hope everyone is having a great weekend. DH and I ran 5 miles today and I did C&W abs.

I never got that run in After I came home from a little shopping, my upstairs neighbor told me they having a BBQ around 3 PM and ask me to join them, which I did I had so much fun. Didn't get in until 9 PM. I brought Talapia for me and a big bowl of nice Boston/tomatoes/fata chesse salad, made my own dressing. My eating was really good

DH is on his way home, he sould be here any time soon

Heather, nice job with your run and abs today

Roxie, I did ended up taking a rest day How did the move go?
