Smile Commit to get fit & lean for Feb 10 - 12, 2012

Good morning,
 
Never got my leg workout in, did get lots of stuff done in the house. I am almost done! So today I will do D20. Next week I get a recovery week, plan on doing at least 3 cardio wo to make up for this week. We shall see.
 
Debbie - nice job on BM2 yesterday. Love that one! Germany has a lot of snow and it's so cold over there. Take to my sis yesterday about it.
 
Kirstin - Popeye arems, you go girl! Keep it up!

Hi,

I did Cycle Max tonight, my spin bike & TM are so much harder to use than the gym's. I guess because so many people at the gym use the equipment it is broken in. My eyes are closing so will be back tomorrow, hopefully the snow will be light in the morning.

Belinda - Great job with getting everything done in the house. I need to really quick it up this month since work is light

Morning everyone. Yesterday ended up being a rest day for me. I took DS to the movies to see Star Wars in 3D. He really enjoyed it. The wildest thing happened. I took DS to the bathroom and I ran into an old girlfriend from college. She graduated two years before me and got married. I went to her wedding and we were pretty close and then after she got married I never heard from her again. She followed me into the bathroom and said my name and it took me a second, but then I recognized her and we were in tears. We gave each other about three big hugs and exchanged numbers. It was just wild. I am hoping we will meet up and catch up on the last 13 years, lol. She really was such a good friend and I always wondered why we lost touch like that. Maybe I'll find out.

I ate pizza, movie popcorn and reese's pieces yesterday. I need to incinerate some calories today. Therefore, AFTERBURN is on the agenda!

I will bb later with personals.

Afterburn is all done! I love this new series. I am doing STS, and not following the STS/LIS rotation, because I wanted to do STS straight through first and then maybe follow one of the two rotations. Now that we are going away in June, I am thinking I will follow up with the one month rotation. I miss High Reps too, lol.

Belinda- glad to hear your house is coming along. Winter here has been very mild so far. It snowed this morning, but did not even stick to the ground. I am itching for spring, lol.

Deb- how do you like Cycle Max? Did you preorder the new workouts? I am still on the fence. I just want to know more about them.

Hi,

I did Hiit 20/40, the good thing about doing a rotation is it forces me to pull out different workouts. I needed to modify for this w/o though We're going out tonight for dinner, I guess for Valentine's Day

Belinda - What are you up to this weekend?

Kristin - I think I will order the new w/o's, hoping Cathe will have one of the crew members doing the modifications so I can visually follow. That is great that you ran into an old friend it's fun to catch up too! Yum, on the movie snacks

Cookie - I hope your catching up on your sleep this weekend.

Helene - How's your rotation going?

Hi all! Today's workout was 4 DS HIS plus STS M2 D16. It was a burner for sure. Once again I struggled with getting through the reps, especially on the triceps part of the workout. Every time I do this one disc it happens. Weird, huh?

Deb- what rotation are you doing? I like following a rotation too. It takes the guess work out of it.

Any Valentines day plans? dH and I are going out on Friday for dinner.

Hi,

I did legs & glutes today. It's so sad about Whitney Houston I was watching the Grammy's but decided to tape the rest & head to bed.

Kristin - Looks like it's just you & me Great workouts today, maybe Cathe does more tri's in that one disc or hits it different. I'm doing the Feb. 2012 rotation just started it later in the month. I'm thinking of doing the LIS rotation next.
