Well, I'm a goof. I posted yesterday's eating on the May 30 thread! It's been a busy couple of days and I was trying to catch up. I read through both threads and posted on the wrong one!

I'd never tried oatmeal with PB in it and thought that sounded yummy, so I tried it this morning. I think I got my ratios wrong. I'm assuming you measure the uncooked oatmeal, cook it, then add the PB. Right? How much uncooked oatmeal do you use, and then how much PB?

So far so good, today. Oatmeal, a little PB, and more than 16 oz. of water already. Trying to psyche myself up for GS-Legs. Dreading those slow lunges!!
