Chinups, pullups, yoga and more

What a thread. We do it all LOL :7 :7 Hope everyone survived the holiday. It went by so quick!!

Today I did 4DS double cardio and pullups instead of the blasts. I did 4,4,3,3,2,2,2,1,& 1. Need to work a bit harder on these. But that was better than last week.

I hope you all are doing well and not getting to crazy with the Holidays!!!

I just got done doing Cardio Fusion. Fun! Then I did Core Max #3. I haven't done that one in a long time.

I've been working on my chins here and there. I'm still searching for a better place to put my bar. It is the kind that fits into a door jam (sp?).

Joanne, you just need to find a really tall doorway :9 Hmmmmmmmm, I wish I had some suggestions for you.

Tonight I did PS legs standing portion and chinups I did 2 sets of 7 and 6 sets of 5. I short changed myself on that first set. I really think I could've done 8, but I gave up x( So can we count it as 8 :+

You guys are doing great and I need to catch up. Been too busy of a week and my workouts really suffered. This week shall be different though!!
