Hi ladies. Ok, yesterday's workout was Fat Burn Challenge. Today was Push Circuit 1. Here's yesterday's food. I'm back to figuring out all the numbers.

M1: 1/2 cup Ezekial almond cereal, 2 tsp honey, 3/4 cup 2% milk
M2: 2 eggs, 1 oz. reduced fat feta, 1 plum tomato, 1 Wasa crispbread, 1 tbs all fruit jam
M3: 1 cup Amy's tomato soup, 1 cheese stick, 14 g. cashews
M4: Clif carrot cake bar, 1/2 breakfast cookie
M5: Chicken/cashew lettuce wraps w/Boston lettuce, 1 banana, 1/2 cup brown rice
Extras: 1 tbsp creamer in coffee
Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein: 1799/30%/53.2%/18.7%

Oops! I went over on my calories and didn't even realize it...but I was super hungry all day. Oh well!

Today:

M1: 1/4 cup steel cut oats, 1 cup 1% milk, 2.2 oz. banana
M2: 1.5 homemade protein bars
M3: Chicken/cashew lettuce wraps w/Boston lettuce, 1/4 cup brown rice
M4: 1 cup Amy's tomato soup, 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
M5: Lowfat meatloaf & mashed potatoes, 1 cup steamed green beans
Extras: 2 tsp honey in tea, 1 tbsp creamer in coffee
Calories/Fat/Carb/Protein: 1588/29.3%/49.5%/26.1%

Did better today. I am glad I am calculating all the numbers again b/c I tend to slip up when I don't. Have a good night!
 
Hi alll,

Today is an okay eating day. I ate a few too many goldfish pretzels, but I love them so. Other than that, cannot complain. I am still on the fruit, vegetable and STS train. Yahoooooo. See you next week.

Hey ladies, today is a cheat day. I am enjoying myself. : )

Yesterday's food is below, but I don't know the numbers b/c we ate out. Should have been pretty good, though. I took a rest day yesterday, too. We watched Run Fatboy Run. It was good!

M1: 1.5 homemade protein bars
M2: 2 eggs, 1 oz. reduced fat feta, 1 plum tomato
M3: Leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans
M4: 1.5 homemade protein bars
M5: TGIFriday's grilled shrimp and broccoli, 1 serving whole grain goldfish later

Will post tonight with today's workout later.
