Today is my rest day so no exercise for me! Good thing too because my little one woke up today at 5:00 after being in and out of our bed all night!

Hello all!
I'm happy to report that I'm done with day 1 of my No Self Sabotage plan. Woo hoo! It went well. I just subscribed to the nutrition part of this site and it's helpful. It says I'm not getting enough carbs though. Does that mean I can eat brownies?? ;) LOL
I did parts of Rhythmic Step this morning. The warmup, step routine one and then the challenge. Step routines 2 & 3 are killer in this one and I didn't have it in me.

I try not to get too obsessed with the scale but I stepped on it today and saw I'd lost a pound even though I started my period. Not too shabby! Keeps me motivated.

Lisa, love the name! I think it's great.

Natalie, great job with the workout! I don't mind ramblings at all since I tend to go on and on too. :)

Murph, I felt like that working out this morning. My calves kept cramping during RS and I was so annoyed I couldn't put 100% into it.
