Happy Birthday to me!!!!! I just ordered (courtesy of my parents) 4DS and SJP/SB. I'm up two pounds because I'm on salts for my interstitial cystitis. I've decided that I don't want to give myself sugar hits anymore. I don't think that my relationship with sugar is a manageable one. I think I just need to cut it off. I'm dumping sugar. I'm tired of getting abused by it and I don't know why I kept going back for more. I'm also swearing off chocolate in the afternoon.
