Hi Phyllis & Tammy. Good workouts ! :)

Yesterday was PUB for me and I am SORE today ! Chest & Biceps esp !!

Today is cardio day and I'm thinking CC (spin) and cardio.
 
Good morning ladies - I had a little trouble finding the thread...."Caily" check in....lol

No workout for me tonight. My husband and I are attending a constitutional workshop. It starts tonight and goes for 6 Tuesdays. Zumba was a blast last night. My abs & oblique areas are a little sore from all the belly dancing type moves we did last night. :eek:

Phyllis, Becky, Tammy, Connie, Annette - have a great workout. Eat well, and drink plenty of water.

Hi everyone,

Carmen - thanks for the water reminder, I am really working hard on eating better and drinking tons of water. I really have to be conscious of my consumption or I don't drink nearly enough...water, that is..;)


Today was CLX BIO, Rob's Amazing Cardio Combo Hi/lo, abs and stretch from BM 2. A good mishmash!
