Hey Ladies!
On my rotation was scheduled 45 minute interval cycling & 15 minutes stretching. AFter much thought, I ended up substituting 4 DS: Boot Camp. And then did a 20 Minute Yoga tape I had. Ying and yang!
The walk sounds like a great rest day , Kathy, hope you enjoyed!
Joanne, looking forward to hearing about your DOMS from PUB tomorrow (EEK!)!! Now , was it you or the dog that was wiped out all day Saturday after the run! Were you very sore from running on MOnday?
