Anyone up for an STS check-in? I'm starting Monday, May 4

Hello everyone!

I am taking the plunge (Finally!) and starting STS on Monday, May 4th. Is there anyone out there who wants to do a check-in? I thought there must be others who haven't started STS yet but want to get going, like I am.... If anybody does, post here and let me know!

Hello Angela,

Thank you for the link - I did jump aboard with them and posted my workouts there. Isn't it nice to have others who you know are doing the same stuff you are? I love having that support system.
