Hey guys-

Tried High Step Training for the first time. It was a bit easier than High Step Challenge, but just a bit. She did 6 sets of step ups! With 15 per leg like she normally does. That was tough for sure, but the other weights were more doable. The cardio was more step based than the other one, which I like. A fun workout.
