Any Guys Out There? 8-30

Hey guys-

I did the full BM2 workout, even adding in the bonus cardio before the power sections. It went well, except after the last power step section - I had to lay down on the floor for a couple minutes. (This used to happen more when I started with Cathe... hastn't happend for a few months.) When I turned on the DVD again, Cathe was just saying that if we needed more cool-down time to be sure to take it. Well, I sure did!

Wow that's a tough workout.

I need a shower, or I may pass out from the smell. :)
