My workout is done! Today was 8 mile run followed by abs. Have a great weekend everyone!

Getting ready to do Burn It Off 20mins of HIIT cardio followed by Recharge which is yoga.

So far I've done 45 mins of Imax 3. I was amazed that it was a 448 calorie scorcher but only 15% fat burn. This was the first time I wore my heart rate monitor doing this DVD (just got it a week and a half ago). I have totally been underestimating calories burned!

Still have to do STS chest, shoulders, triceps and abs but that'll wait until I have lunch with my mom and sister. Trying to get used to the idea of "flexibility" in a schedule :eek:
