Good morning,

Today was a 9 mile run, I wil try and do abs later on in the evening when kids are at soccer practice. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.

Hey there - hope everyone is doing well. Yesterday I ran for 30 mins then did 15 mins on the eliptical. I also did the pilates-style abs from STS abs. Today I did the eliptical for 25 mins (the treadmills were in use) then 20 on the treadmill. I also did leg conditioning drills from Kick Max - then hit the beach to sit on my rear end and read.

Good Afternoon,

Tonites workout is Lean Circuit 1 yeah something new, then I need to do some abs.

Eats for today:
Brkfst-forgot to eat
Am snack-stoneyfield yogurt, strawberries and banana
Lunch-ham salad sand. made with bologna and lowfat mayo, carrots and watermelon
Pm snack-cherry tomatoes and deviled egg is the plan but something came up.
Supper-skillet taco bake made with lowfat ingred.

Its yoga. I am finally starting to feel better after speaking to the doctor about my rash, he doesn't know what it is but told me to put hyrdocorizone on it, that was the one thing I hadn't tried and it seems to have helped. Now I don't look like i have two tomatoes on my face just two cherry tomatoes :eek:

I'm so impressed with that mileage, wow 9!
