I just reread some of the T-Factor diet. That diet is low fat but you can eat carbs. He says your body stores about 2000 calories worth of glycogen and each 500 calorie worth holds a pound of water. I had never remembered seeing exact numbers of how much is water weight. I guess I will gain 4lb back when this is over. Weight loss so far is 5.8lb -4lb or 1.8lb.
I was so hungry last night that I was ready to eat something. I decided to wait to see if I lost anymore today. At least after another cup of tea and my last shake the hunger went away. I drank the last shake close to midnight. I should have had it earlier and just went to bed.
I switched to a monthly thread for Dec because I keep forgetting to start a new weekly thread. I will probably go back to weekly at the first of the year when I don't have the kids.
