5 ft 3 and Under June 30

I managed to run a solid 30 mins then do plyo legs. I was really really trying to talk myself out of it yesterday afternoon. Looking for excuses from anyone and everyone. Today I need to do another 30 min cardio session (prob a step DVD) then finish up STS with bicep, tricep, shoulders. I'm looking forward to getting back to some of Cathe's other weight DVDs (that I never thought I'd miss).

Roxie - good job on getting in some workouts. Hope you're feeling better!

Good Morning,

Tonite is SJP step only and yoga, that makes up 2 of the workouts I missed.

Heather-I am feeling much better today thanks for asking.
 
I am sooo happy that I just completed STS that I had to post LOL. I also tried 40 mins of the original Imax (which I'd never tried before).

I think I may take myself a rest day tomorrow!

I really do actually. I was very surprised at the strength gains I made. I've been lifting weights using Cathe's DVDs for over 2 years so I was skeptical that there would be a ton of change. There really was. I am constantly getting compliments on my arms now. Can't beat that kind of pay off ;)
