Hi ladies - I did end up doing 60 mins of cardio last night. I tried the 4DS kickbox and bootcamp cardio premix. I wish the kickbox was a little higher intensity (such a long warm up on that) but the bootcamp really kicked it up. Today I am not doing anything at all. We're doing a "team building" day at work. So, half a day really. We get to leave early and go to this place called Playtime Pizza (pizza and arcade basically). Since I'm off tomorrow, I'll just enjoy today and then workout at my leisure tomorrow. Yeah!
