Hi ladies - I did end up doing 60 mins of cardio last night. I tried the 4DS kickbox and bootcamp cardio premix. I wish the kickbox was a little higher intensity (such a long warm up on that) but the bootcamp really kicked it up. Today I am not doing anything at all. We're doing a "team building" day at work. So, half a day really. We get to leave early and go to this place called Playtime Pizza (pizza and arcade basically). Since I'm off tomorrow, I'll just enjoy today and then workout at my leisure tomorrow. Yeah!

Tonite is Get Lean Circuit and I've Got Abs. then I am going to bed early exhausted.

Heather-have fun today and good job with the cardio.
 
Went to the Dr and she gave me a shot for the headache but it still hurts going to bed early. Finished Get Lean for the last time
