HAPPY NEW YEAR!
It's official a new year has begun and it looks like we're off to a good start. I think my motto is going to be Let's make '08 Great! Cheesy, I know, but that's what I'd like to do in all facets of my life. I'll be 40 this year and I'd like to prove to myself that I can achieve whatever I put my mind to. Who has joined the 12 week challenge? I'd love to but I know I don't have the time for all the personals. I am starting another round of P90X but I am waiting for my Christmas present from my brother to arrive - P90X+. I can't wait!!! It should be arrive this week. Apparently, there are new rotations incorporating the 2 programs. I know that I'll be doing the doubles rotation b/c of my teaching schedule. That's why I have been taking it easy the past few weeks. My mind and body need to be rested for the intensity. I am so ready to bring it!

Confession time, I had wine, pizza, wings, cookies, ice cream w/pb & banana, diet soda and a clean salad. Time to get back on track.
