Today is a rest day :7 :7 so I rested;-) . We have baseball this afternoon, the first game for my older DS. he is not happy with his team (the usual for fall baseball)( alot of younger kids and their first time playing) So we'll see how it goes.
Today is also a rest day for me, but I may take the dog for a walk later. Poor dog. I don't take her on walks like I should!
I had computer trouble yesterday and couldn't get on until late last night when my DH fixed it. Didn't look like I missed much conversation though.
Deanie--Hope you DS will enjoy the baseball more than he thinks he will. Tell him that he can be a good role model for the younger less experienced players. I looked back at the "Cathe TM workout" that you did yesterday and it is pretty tough. I was impressed with what you did. It is a long distance and some of it is fairly fast.
