Where is everybody today?
I did PUB down only for biceps and triceps going heavy on the biceps. My 8 min. taebo wouldn't work so I didn't do a cardio. Nothing else appealed to me. I also did a few abs on the stability ball.
Light workout but in light of yesterday's trip to Shriners I just don't care at the moment.
