Well today is my DD b-day and she wants vanilla cake. Which is good bec I hate vanilla cake. I broke down and gave her an early present yesterday three Fubu (?) PJs. She said she liked them.

She wants a driving lesson today but tooooo bad its raining (YAY).About three years ago I told her that I would let her drive around the empty mall parking lot when she turned 13 and she remembered :-( Anyway I'll give her the rest of her presents and take her to the movies.

My w/o today will be Interval Max

s- pineapple smoothie
l- turkey sandwich whole grain bread
s-?
d- chicken something... Mikkia any new recipes

Does anyone cook in a crock pot?

Today did not start off too good. DH and I were both starving when we woke up so we went to IHOP for breakfast. The corn pancakes were delicious. I think I am going to have to join Kate with the hourly checkin's.

Today, slightly untidy...
B: usual
s:1/2 elevate me bar
L; soup, carrots/hummus, oatmeal, and ....carob covered raisins, like a whole bag maybe
s; mixed nuts/dried fruit
d; egg whites, baked chips, low fat dip, a mango and sugar free ice cream....what is that!!
DH and i had couples couselling, clearly plays a role in my eating dont you think!
Well, workout was good, Slim and lean, cia, criss cross cardio and MM abs and stretch.
