I agree Kate I need variety too. It seems like I've been eating the same thing for months. Time to go shopping at Costco or BJs.

I forgot about the new Tosca cookbook. Colleen I know what you mean by walking around the mall to reduce stress. Sometime I like to go to church by myself for the same reason. Even 1 hour by yourself can rejuvenate you.

d- ground turkey sloppy joes

Robin, my back is still bothering me, its lower back, i'm wondering if its hamstring related.
Mikkia, i feel for ya, but you will get through it!!
Kate, i'm the worst for variety!!

Today, workout will be DM cardio blast, standing leg work and core

Meals:
B: usual oatmeal
S: pear, CC
L: soup of some sort, raw veggies and hummus and a fruit
the rest TBD

Just a quick note to say hi. I just got home from work, had a quick dinner and now I have more work to do :-( Hopefully, things will slow down for me soon.

Colleen - I feel your pain!!! Hoping life slows down a LOT -- SOON. I can't keep up this pace...neither can my poor messy house and Smooshy belly!!!

My eating has been relatively clean but I have NOT been able to wo. regularly.
