Good Morning Peeps, what's the plans for today.

Today I was too lazy to workout, I think I over did it yesterday, so rest day for me today.

b- Kashi
s- yogurt and wheat germ
l- turkey on whole wheat
s- smoothie soy milk and banana 1 cup
d-?

Any new recipes?

Robin-how early do you get up??? By the way, your diet looks so clean, I am envious!

Imax 3 today with 50 push ups and 200 squats (no weights)

b-peach yogurt with flax seeds and coffee
l-left over taco salad

no new recipes yet. i haven't cracked my new cookbook for fast meals yet.

Yesterday, the fair, did good actually. Only one bite of hot ice cream waffle!! no cotton candy!

Today, back at work!

I forgot who asked about the preorder of the new workouts,but I preordered and can't wait for them.!!

Robin you certainly are an early bird!:)

Mikkia: My son was suppose to start 1st grade today but because of bugget woes we are starting next Thursday. I hope your daughter's 1st day goes smoothly.

Steph good job on not getting cotton candy,but what is a hot ice cream waffle? Sounds yummy:9

W/O this am was LIC cardio time saver and abs

B: Kashi wheat,skim and blueberries
S: cottage cheese,banana(1/2), crispbread
L: spinach salad,chicken,flatbread and maybe a tblsp of newman rasberry dressing
S:banana protein smoothie
D:turkey meatball and marinara sauce and ww spaghetti(?sp)

Hot ice cream waffle...so not clean, ready!

fresh hot off the iron waffle, sandwiching vanilla ice cream in between! So big, you can hardly get your mouth around it!! and warm!

I only had one bite!!! DH ate it, i was soo good!!

I'm sure it would be very easy to make a clean version...use kashi waffles, low fat yogurt, even add fruit etc... now i'm hungry :)

Not much time right now, though I'm doing good. Looks like you all are too. Keep up the momentum!

Welcome back kate!! Hope you had a good vacation, cant wait to hear all about it.

I forgot to post my food so far:

B:the usual, oatmeal
S: pear
L: organic corn soup, hummus, carrots and an apple
S: right now, 2 oat ryveta and almond butter
d: 2 slices ezekial, egg whites, large salad with hemp dressing and fresh strawberries
s: puffed kamut cereal with unsweetened almond milk

workout: Amy Bento, KBX, 30 min abs, been trying to cut abs to 3 days/week, but working them until exhaustion, going longer and harder, instead of 4 days/week.

Robin, hope you're enjoying your rest day!
I am drinking a diet coke right now...i tend to when i'm going to do lots of cardio, bad i know!
