We'll see who posts here or if we have really folded the oldest check in on the Cathe forums.
I did select exercises 2 each for chest, back and shoulders off of Slow and Heavy then did the 8 min. taebo for a touch of cardio. Would have been longer but I once again have to take our Yukon into the shop to get the very expensive speedometer fixed. I have no idea how fast I am going these days and that can get dangerous if you let it go too long.
