I did Janis Saffell's Hardcore Kickbox Circuit. Skipped the 3rd round, did 20 push-ups after every combo (for 60) and then added 34 crab push-ups and 6 dive bombers post workout. I couldn't believe how drenched I was with that workout - I was sweating buckets!
