Good Morning,

Got on the scale this am and I am up 1lb two lbs total for this rotation. I can tell I didn't do enough cardio last week. Tonite is 4ds LIS cardio only. DD and I need to go grocery shopping tonite. Everyone have a good day.

Today is PUB,sometime. I woke up very tired for some reason:confused: im drinking my coffee right now...maybe that will help

Hi Girls,

This is my recovery week. I did 32min. of Cardio Coach 1 using a rebounder and my step with two riseres for the hills. I then did Abs circuit plates and weights. That is a hard one.

Ds (8) stayed home from school. As the morning has moved on I definitly think he could have gone.

I have to go let the pup in she is barking at something or someone.

Hey girls...finished my workout and im dripping with sweat. I did PUB and CC V 1...burned a total of 571cals.

I worked late yesturday, Amelia I've woken tired too and I have a HUGE day ahead of me!
