Alright! Yes, it as been a busy couple of days here but I still got my workouts in. On Wed I did a 6 mile run and the UB/LB work of BC. It was more of a circuit workout then anything. And yesterday I was headed for a 7 mile run but my TM acted up and gave out at 6.3 miles ( i think the motor gets overheated or something) and MM. My glutes are sore from lunges yesterday. And I am also happy to report that even though my eating as HORRIBLE, the scale is back down to 118.8
It had made it all the way to 121.5.
Todays workout will just be cardio and abs but Im not sure what cardio. I don't think I should bother with my TM so I may do scrabbled eggs.

Krisitne** How was Heidis first Christmas? Rylan couldn't be bothered. It was a little stressful actually. If I had my time back we would have opened gifts in the rec room and he could have did whatever down here. I think it would have been a more enjoyable morning...oh well. Next yr will be different, Im sure!

Cheryl** I have had the hitch to run lately to! I wanted to run outside so bad yesterday but DH had a few things to do so I just ran inside. It was to cold to take DS anywhere. Im going to see if there are any deals on TM's today.

Carrie** Nice job on the scale! Those workouts are really doing the trick for you! Im not so sure I could reach 112 and I don't think I would want to either. I am med built and would probably look sickly if I got that small....but you could probably pull it off!
