I hope everyone's having a good weekend. :)

Yesterday's workout:

TGU 9 minutes
* 4r/4l @ 16kg
* 2/r/2l @ 12kg

Then did Cardio Coach Push Play workout. That was a sweaty mess.

Good afternoon

no workouts for me all weekend - except for running from baseball to soccer games :) we won soccer - ds10 scored a goal, and lost baseball - but ds13 pitched a no run inning!:):)

We just got the soccer and baseball schedules for the season, and there is a 9am game every saturday till June! I am going to have to re think ETK heavy day - I may have to switch to Friday morning or after work. Looks like Saturdays are out. :confused:

Gayle::: to anser your question from the other day - on light days, I clean the bell once, and then press 1-2-3 times as Rx'd. on med and heavy days I clean the bell each time from the floor. hth. Great job on the 16kg tgus!!!!:):)
