Good Afternoon!
Saturday I went to a 4-hour ballroom styling workshop. Worked on foot positions, upper/lower body lines, progressions, head positions.
Today - 1 pullup; 2 chinups
Julianne's Cardio Ballroom - first time. Great! Did Cha Cha, Jive and Paso Doble. They all got my HR up nicely, especially the Paso (99%!) The Paso had a couple of high impact moves. Nice workout for 43 minutes.
Shiva's Daily Energy Heart/Air practice - mostly backbends. Great 20 minute practice.
Jane - Great job on the run and the swings!
