Today I did Slow & Heavy legs followed by a 65 minute run.

Wednesday was Slow & Heavy Back plus Gym Style Back in the morning and Imax 2 in the afternoon.

Today, I did Slow & Heavy Shoulders followed by Gym Style Shoulders and Muscle Endurance Abs. Felt kinda good actually!!!
