Good morning gents!
Today is running and core - I'm feeling pretty good so I'm going for a 5K with a goal time of less than 21 minutes (which would be a personal best) I think core max is in order as well.
I'll check back later - all the best for a butt-kicking day!

Boy, is it hot here???? Rode my bike to work 2day in a t-shirt!!!:D :D :D

Did the push-ups section of Gym Style Chest, then LIC-Upper Body Sculpt (twice) and Abs from KPC. Got a good sweat out of these!!!

I did one hour jog/walk yesterday. I did Kick, Punch, and Crunch today (5/3) my last workout until 5/12 as I will be out of town until then.

Congrats on getting in for the August RT, Keith!
