All Tri's 2day - Pyramid followed by Pure Strength. Then off to Core Max #3 (which I had never done before!!!). CTX All Step cardio portion in the p.m.

Just finished 4DS HIS/Chest/Back.

I can't stop doing these DVDs. It may be all I do all May. (with a little jogging) Looking back between February (when I started writing down my weights) and now, every exercise has gone up at least 5 lbs. It's so fun to see the #s go up.
