6 mile run with intervals during the last 3 miles. It was good to do the first 3 miles steady state, and by the time I got to the intervals, I was really warmed up.

What a coincidence I also did Imax 3.I also hadn't done it in awhile.I had a hard time.I had to re learn the step combos.Now I have those songs in my head especially the Bon Jovi you give love a bad name.

Kick, Punch, and Crunch today, last minute cleaning and packing for a week in Disney World tomorrow. Upon return home from Disney on May 12, 10 weeks of hard training before July road trip.
