Cathe,
STS is my all time favorite! I love everything about it -- all 3 Meso cycles, the style, using 1rms, the bar at the bottom, count down of rest seconds, the challenge, the variety, the many different workouts, all of it. STS is the BEST EVER! Please consider it. Thanks,
