Pool Aerobics

I know it sounds silly but I hate going to gyms and unless I can do it at home I just don't do it. That's why Cathe is perfect for me!

I have always wanted to do workouts in the pool but as I said... I hate going out to workout. I need to decide to do it right then and there and do it not get in the car and go into town. Just the thought of that makes me slack off and not do it.

So... pool workouts for those hot summers would be cool!
