I really loved CCC! Kick butt cardio without the step. I have a small workout area and this one fit the bill. Straight forward, simple, heart pumping, high impact cardio at it's best! I even loved the old school MIC. Both done without a step, very simple choreography and no equipment. I would be happy to see more of those for sure!
