Exclamation More High Beginner/Low Intermediate Workouts

Hi Cathe and Cathe Fans!

I have another suggestion. I light of recent events and joint issues I will be having surgery on both knees for an abnormality called Plica. Because of the down that I have been on and will be going through, my stamina and endurnace has taken a complete nose dive. However, this has given me a new idea! Bear with me for those of you who are Advanced Cathe-letes.

No longer being able to do the high intensity and high impact workouts bc of chronic pain not only in knees but hips (accident a few years back) I have been on the look out for a workout or series of workouts that is not long in length and not killer in intensity. Something that combines some of the choreography of DVDs like Low Max and LIC but dials down even their intensity to something in bwt Beginner's Step and Low Impact Step. Those two beginner DVDs are great but for someone who can do the more complext choreography, they do, no offense, get a little boring. So combining the best of both worlds!

Also strength segments or DVDs can be added to this as well, something like I mentioned in the "short and sweet" thread. 30-40 mins for a full strength routine with shorter premixes that uses moderate weights like in BM2. Something that is paced just right so you could go heavier if you wanted, but not so slow that you can get it done in minimal time. Basically like Body Fusion but with a few modifications:

Heavier weights
A little more transition time so you can select a new weight if needed
and not as much breakdown for more experienced users

And there you have it! Something for those of us who wish we could use your DVDs, but cannot due to physical limitations. I know so many new comers would love this and I would be totally jazzed! It's so hard to find a great workout especially lifting and Step DVDs that work you effectively without being boring. Cathe is wonderful and I miss using her DVDs so much. This would allow people like me to have the best of both worlds; Cathe and Less Pain.

Thank you.
