Cathe, Since I do this video (How To Get In Shape For Your Wedding) a lot, it would be truly nice to get an updated one. I love this video and reach for this one constantly. I At least do it once a week. There are many who can't get this VHS. Who has VCR's any more, to play VHS's? I was lucky that my husband was able to copy it on DVD for me. So glad he did. Please do look into this remake, I don't think you will regret it. I'm sure that this can be incorporated into the next workouts you create. Janie RetroFit likes this.

Yes I completely agree. I can only watch dvds here in the uk and I've heard such good things about it. I would definitely buy it. Laura

"Get in Shape for your Wedding" is a great no-nonsense workout (even if you're already married!). Maybe Cathe can put out an anniversary edition and this time, include pictures of the kids?
