Default Express workouts

I'd like an Express Series of workouts. Each workout would be 30 minutes long and would contain either cardio, weight training & ab/core work or different mixes of each. A modifier would show less intense/less impact options so it would be do-able for more fitness levels. It would be nice to have several workouts on one DVD so mixing and matching would be easy. The workouts would be designed to be short but effective instead of a shortened premix of a longer workout.

I've seen many types of express workouts (Supreme 90, The Firm's Express, Tony Horton) but would love an express series by Cathe so it would be an easy option when I want a short workout.

Thumbs up Great Idea!

Kelly Coffey-Meyer is another that is making these. That's all she's produced lately. I like Cathe better though!

I think this and the Low Impact Series would be excellent programs to make in the near future! 4DS had this theme, but to have more workouts on 1 DVD which would increase premix options. The modifier is a great suggestion- one that many, if not most, cathe users agree about.

So Cathe... how about it? How about an Express Series AND a Low Impact Series...both with a modifier??!!

PLEEEEAAAASSSSEEE???????

Default modifiers

I was at an advanced level years ago but fell off the exercise bandwagon for a long time. I remember how much I liked Cathe's workouts but when I try to do them now, they are too long or too advanced (not including the beginner workouts).

So, I'd like to still do Cathe's but with a modifier showing less advanced options. I don't have an hour or more to devote to exercise so express workouts to get the job done quickly would be perfect. 4 Day Split is probably the closest Cathe has come to this idea.

Default Ditto on Modifiers

I am in the same boat as you! I could fly high with the best of them until my surgeries, the first was 18 months ago. Since taking time off pre-surgery I have lost that Cathe-Advanced level. I tried High Step Challenge last night and made it 13 minutes before I had to switch down to High Step Circuit. I was in shock at how fast the movements were when only yesterday it seems I kept up with no issues what so ever. The modifiers would help those of us to catch back up to where we were or allows other to take it down a notch when needed. I have so many of her workouts that I love, but after last night, I know it'll be a while longer before I'm doing them again with any level of success.

Take a look at Cathe's 4 Day Split. 4 Day Split may fit your bill for 30 minute workouts It contains multiple excellent pre-mixes. The 4 cardio workouts are 30 min each or you can mix and match them for longer workouts. The weight workouts are also 30 minutes. You can also mix and match the weight workouts by using the chapters or use by using one of the pre-mixes. There is no modifier.

You may also want to look at Cathe's Timesaver DVd.It contains 5 timesaver workouts The workouts contain both cardio and weights and range from 38-48 minutes

Most of Cathe's DVDs have Timesaver and other shorter premixes on them. One in particular is Supersets/PushPull. There are a ton of premixes on that one, many of them in the 30 minute range. Even her cardio DVDs have shorter premixes - I use them all of the time (KPC in particular and MMA Kickbox)
