I think Cathe should team up with Coach Sean and make her own Cardio Coach, or something like it. She could make a cardio companion to her upcoming Travel Fit dvd. I'd buy it.

I second this Dani! I was just thinking how great it would be if I could take Cathe to the gym with me. I might be moving to an apt that is too small to workout in and have to go to a gym and I would hate to leave Cathe behind. Her instruction is so good that I think I could follow it on my MP3!
