I agree. After seeing the huge jumps in the STS cardio photos, I'm wondering how much of the workouts I'll be able to do. Hope there's lots there for us with knee challenges.

I've got knee problems too and I NEED cardio and weight workouts that take that into consideration also.

I so much don't have knee problems, but then again at age 58, I don't want any either. Have to be more careful, yet I need advance workouts. This sounds great.

I really wish for this. I just had my ACL reconstructed after a skiing injury and can do some high impact for short bursts, but not continuously.

I am with you on this. I have STS and love it but did not order ShockCardio and have no plans to get any except for the Travel one. No problem with my knees and no plans to have any problems either. Would love a low impact advanced series that also incorporated low weight hi rep and even some pilates/yoga fusion.

I have problems with my knees after doing step & kickboxing in the basement on a cement floor for a few years (shoot me!!!). Would love advanced low-impact cardio workouts. I also skipped on Shock Cardio (first time I haven't pre-ordered since finding Cathe), but am getting Travel Fit. For me, a low impact series would be PRICELESS right about now.
