I am thinking of doing Cathe's Lower Body Blast Rotation in June after my 2nd round of STS. I was wondering what people thought of it who did it! It looks pretty intense, but I am going to the beach in July and I was thinking it would be good to really focus on that area of the body for that!! Any one get amazing results? Is there enough Upper Body work to keep my gains from STS??

I did her Rock Bottoms rotation last month and LOVED it! It is a bit intimidating when you look at it (400 walking lunges at a time
) but after I was done my legs felt invincible!! I am actually thinking about repeating the rotation in May or June.

Thanks for the feedback! It sure does look intimidating! All the add ons even after some of her tougher leg work outs! I also want to be able to run some (walk, crawl maybe!!
)
