What category of w/o would Stroller Strides be?

I'm looking for a little help with designing a workout for myself. I've signed up for a Stroller Strides class which I'll be attending 2x per week. The problem I'm having is determing what type of w/o it is. We're doing a lot of running/ fast feet shuffle/ jump rope- but also throwing in some band work as well. I would typically say that it's mostly cardio and not strength, since the band work is limited to rows, tricep extensions etc. The beauty of this class is that you can make it as easy or as hard as you want.

I work out 6x per week, and am curious how many strength days I should do on my own @ home. My goal is to lean out and build my endurance, but I know it's critical to move some heavy weight as well. Anybody familiar with this and have any thoughts or suggestions??
