Using shorter premixes in rotations

Hi everyone, I'm sure this topic has been addressed but I can't find it...

I've gotten to the point where I can only do a full hour workout with Cathe on the weekend. :mad:

So, during the week, preferably before work, I'm thinking I can still do the rotations but with the shorter versions. What do you think? I don't see why I can't, but I'm looking for pros and cons here. I don't want to miss out!
