Does any one know of an updated guide to Cathe's workouts?
One that would break down the workouts by category...for instance: Cardio, Circuit, Interval, Total Body etc. I have one but it's dated 2005! I also have a Cathe Compendium and a Premix Time Quick Reference all dated from 2005 so needless to say they don't have her videos from 2006 to present. Any help would be appreciated. Elizabeth |

I've been looking for the same thing. Do you have a link to the Guides, Compendium, and Premix times that you mention. Even pre-2005 would be helpful to me.
