THIRTY MINUTES THIRTY DAYS PER BODY PART ROTATION OPINIONS

Hi everyone,
I ready to start a new rotation, just trying to figure out which one to do. I haven't done the thirty minutes thirty days per body part rotation. Has anyone tried this one? if so, what kind of results did you get if any?



THIRTY MINUTES THIRTY DAYS PER BODY PART ROTATION

Mon- CARDIO- a step workout of our choice (30minutes) warm up and cool down.
Go right into pure strengths chest then pyramid upper body (PUB) chest. the ab section of upper body and stretch.

Tues- CARDIO- any hi/lo or step workout (30 minutes) warm up and cool down
Go right into PS back and then PUB back. then ab section of cardio & weights. cool down

WED- CARDIO- Imax 2 (first 5 intervals) cool down.
Go into PS bicep and then PUB bicep. 15 minutes of yoga or pilates

THRU- CARDIO of your choice (30 minutes. include warm up and cool down)
PS shoulders and then PUB shoulders. 15 minutes of yoga or pilates

FRI- CARDIO of your choice (30 minutes) warm up and cool down.
PS triceps and then PUB triceps. abs of your choice

SAT- NO CARDIO
PS warm up legs and PLB (pyramid lower body) mix and match between the two.
abs from PS series.

SUN- rest
 
I've done 30 minutes per day per body part using the Slow & Heavy series with good results. Combining PS (strength) with the Pyramid series (endurance) each day sounds like a good rotation to me.

I tried it this week using PS, the PH, then C&W, then ME. I went strength, endurance, strength, endurance. I did not get as sore as I wanted too, and I think I would like your way much better. I am going to finish my week as is, and start your rotation on Monday. Thanks for the idea!!!!
