Default STS/4 NEW VIDEO ROTATION?

I have ordered STS and I was able to get the 4 new videos in December. I'm wondering if anyone has already created a rotation with all of them. Would love to see it...

Some folks are apparently utilizing STS TB in their STS rotations but IDK how you get all 4 of the new w/o's to fit in an STS rotation unless you just put in one per week and rotated them just for variety.

You can always use INTENSITY though since it's cardio so it's only the weight work outs that would take some thought to make happen...

Default STS/4 new videos

Belinda,
Thank you for posting that rotation. Seems simple enough, why didn't I think of that? I am so excited, according to tracking, I should get my STS late tomorrow. I did a few 1 rep maxes today and using the calculator is totally cool. Once I get the 1 rep maxes done, I will know what weights to buy. Mine are 5,8,10's. I need to figure out whether to buy a Troy Lite Barbell set up or just more dumbells...I see you are starting a new STS rotation, did you just get it too?

You are welcome, PoffHager! Hope you get STS soon! It's an awesome program. You gonna love it! It's my 2nd time doing STS, loved the results I got. You can't go wrong buying a Troy Lite Barbell set or more dumbells A lot of us that are doing STS are checking in the "Check in & Challenge" forums. I check in " Do what you want, just get it done" and a few others, lol! There is also a STS group, they are all a great group of ladies you can join any group you like and as many!

Good luck and have fun, with STS!

Bayerngirl, thank you for posting this.

Question, what do you do on the other days? for example there's no Thursday or Sunday.

Thanks

You welcome, Nicole! You would do 2 day's of cardio, unless you have more energy on one of the weight training day's This is a tough rotation! Since you lift Mon/Tue/Wed your muscle gonna be sore, I would take 2 day's of lifting (on those day's do cardio) before I hit them hard again. This is how I would do it:

MESO ONE: WEEK ONE:
Mon: Disc One
Tue.: Disc Two
Wed: Disc three
Thu: Cardio (any Cathe cardio DVD/running!)
Fri: Cardio
Sat: STS Total Body
Sun : Rest DAY! or stretching!

MESO ONE: WEEK TWO:
Mon: Disc Four
Tues: Disc Five
Wed: Disc Six
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: Lower Body Blast
Sun: Rest Day! or stretching!

MESO ONE: WEEK THREE:
Mon: Disc Seven
Tues: Disc Eight
Wed Disc Nine
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: STS Total Body Blast
Sun: Rest day!

MESO ONE: WEEK FOUR:
Mon: Disc Ten
Tues: Disc Eleven
Wed: Disc Twelve
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: Lower Body Blast
Sun: Rest day!

ONE WEEK RECOVERY

MESO TWO: WEEK ONE:
Mon: Disc 13
Tues: Disc 14
Wed: Disc 15
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: STS Total Body
Sun: Rest day!

MESO TWO: WEEK TWO:
Mon: Disc 16
Tues: Disc 17
Wed: Disc 18
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat:Lower Body Blast
Sun: Rest day!

MESO TWO: WEEK THREE:
Mon: Disc 19
Tues: Disc 20
Wed Disc 21
Thur: cardio
Fri: cardio
Sat: STS Total Body Blast
Sun: Rest day!

MESO TWO: WEEK FOUR:
Mon: Disc 22
Tues: Disc 23
Wed: Disc 24
Thur: cardio
Fri:cardio
Sat: Lower Body Blast
Sun: Rest Day!

ONE WEEK RECOVERY

MESO THREE: as recommended in org rotation or STS Shock Cardio rotation! Do not use STS Total Body or Lower Body Blast in Meso 3!

Hope this helps! Let me know, how you like this rotation?

Best wishes,

Well duh Ebony, I knew that lol. Thanks for answering that makes total sense. No after hearing everything about STS and the intensity, I'll do the cardio in between time
